96 Aerostar with water pump problems.

ok my boss has a 96 aerostar that is spitting out coolant the people he talked to at advanced auto parts told him it was a blockage. They sold him some stuff for it but its still overheating and spitting out coolant. i think its the water pump and so does my boss. i need to know whats the easiest way to remove and install the water pump. thanks to all that can help with this problem.

Welcome to this forum! Which engine does it have (3.0L or the 4.0L)? Where is the coolant coming out of (overfill tank reservoir)?

it has a 3.0 and we found out that he had blown his head gasket but he originally was leaking stuff out of the resevoir of the coolant it was just spewing out while he was driving around town now we have bigger problems but we still need to do the regular work along with the head gasket work thanks to who can help.
