Thought I would post this it has taken me 4 days to finaly figure this out
I have a 96 EB with the digital climate control and my frt blower motor just quit
I could connect 12v at the motor and it would work
test for 12v at the blower motor and I had 12v
??WTF 12v at the connector but no blower and 12v direct to it the blower worked
finaly traced it to the blower relay under the air filter the relay would close and give me 12v at the motor connector but it could not take the load from the motor
I took the relay apart and cleaned the contacts and prestor the blower works just installed a new relay and working prefect
