my explorer just started doing this when the lights arnt on the highbeams are always on until i click on the headlights then they turn off and go to low beams ive tried to pull the high beam fuse but that doesnt seem to turn them off some days they stay off some days they stay on usually killing the battery so ive had to start pulling the negative off just i can save having to jump it all the time im sure its just an open circuit somewhere but i dont know where to start kinda a pain any help much appreciated
