i have a 96 ford explorer sport and my turn signals dont work but my hazzards do i hav changed the MFS and the relay to no avail pls can some one help me also if i ground the white with red stripe wire the turn signals will work even with the key in the off position but when they are off the relay buzzes loud but this is only with that wire grounded
