96 Explorer V6," Eddie Bauer" Edition, Direction of Belt Tensioner Pulley?

A friend of mine is replacing the belt tensioner pulley. Does anyone have a picture looking at the engine straight on prefer. to use as a reference?

You've got the 4.0L OHV V6 engine (only one available in '96). Should be LOTS of threads/pics/posts on the subject. Search around and welcome to a great site and a great resource.
