96 Explorer XLT 4.0L OHV SPOUT Connector Location

I'm Trying to locate the SPOUT connecter so that I can unplug to verify timing.

Does anyone have a photo of where it's located ?

On my truck, it is not behind the grill or near headlights as stated.

Peter, my manual says it is located near the PCM. The PCM connector is in the engine compartment but the PCM case resides under the cowl. The manual doesn't specify on which side to find the SPOUT.

I looked at my '96 4.0 OHV and could not find it on the engine compartment side. I'm too lazy to remove the cowl grille and have a look there, but that would be my next move if it were me.
