- 97 Explorer control Trac
Hi out there,
I have a 97 explorer control trac and the 4 high and 4 low dash lights are flashing intermitantly. I've read a number of very detailed posts on this forum from guys like Dr Bob and Alferdo C for similar problems with earlier explorers which indicate this is most likely the T case shift motor? These previous posts dealt with the BW 1354 T case but I think the 97 control trac has a BW 4405 T case? In any event I'd appreciate your comments on what I can do to address this problem and if the remedy for the BW 1354 Tcase also applies to the 4405?
