My daughter drove me to work and turned around to drive home. On the way to work everything was fine then on the way home the heater started blowing cold air and engine overheated. Where do I start and where do I go from there?

Check your coolant level, if it's fine than your thermostat could be stuck closed.

Step 1: Check coolant level

Step 2: Check Coolant pump flow

Step 3: Check Thermostat

Step 4: Flush Cooling system / You may also have to rod out your radiator.

Step 5: Check that your hoses are good and not collapsing.

When checking your coolant level, be sure to check the radiator level (when cool) because if the radiator has a leak it will not pull coolant from the reservoir.
