97 headlight removal?

Im replacing a damaged grille and i need to take out the headlights so i can get to 2 small screws that hold in the bottom of the grille. Can somebody tell me how to get the headlight out? The turn signal is already off if that helps... it was damaged too.

there are no screws on the bottom of the grille.
the headlights stay IN.

There are four tabs under the grille.
One pretty much under the center of each head light and the other two are equal and even space to the center.

Grab, and pull firmly but gently.

the screws i meant were the ones that connect the main part of the grille to the small silver pieces of trim that go around the headlights, there are two screws top and bottom on each side... after i had the headlights off (yea, pain in the butt ) i realized i should have just taken the side trim off too but it was too late then. It turned out fine at least now i know how to take off the headlights if i ever need to, thanx anyways.
