It is weird, but it only appen when it's realy cold like -30 C (about -20 F). I start the car, it goes find and at some point it smells burn. I stop the car and look under the hood and there is oil spilled everywhere on the manyfold, and the oil dipstick has poped up?????? It's the second time it does this and I have never seen this on any other car. It looks like the oil is too thick and pressure goes too high, but the oil is synthetic 5W30, it should not become too thick. My 94 Ex runs natural 5W30 and does not have any start or spill porblem like the car???

Sounds like the crankcase breather is blocked with sludge when cold. Leading to the pressure increase that pops up the dip stick.
