I have search far and wide and CANNOT find anywhere that have a front hitch for a 98 Explorer XLT? Does it exist? I have read that I can get a 99 hitch and makes some bumper modification and it will fit because 98 and 99 have the same frame but different trim? Can anyone confirm this? Thanks so much!
