98 OHV melted the pfe sensor twice in 2 weeks

98 Explorer sport melted the dpfe sensor twice in two weeks. Once got the intake. I checked an i have 3 psi at the egr hoses under brake torque. I think this is too much. Any one fix this problem yet?

can you explain a little more in what you mean by melting
