'98 or '99 stick manual trans

anyone have pictures of a '98 or '99 of the shifter on a manual transmission? i plan on doing the swap in the spring and it seems like my biggest problem is installing the shifter on the inside. what do i do with the plastic molding and the metal rails and wires running down the center console now??? how do i fill the gap under the radio and shape the carpet around it?
