98 x, can you get the fogs to come on without turning on the headlights?

you know how on 98s the fog lights dont come on till you turn the head lights on? Is there a way to turn the foglights on when you turn the parking lights on?? So I could have the parking lights on and the fogs not the head lights??

You should be good to go, because this same procedure worked on DVS1's '98....
