this time last year i replaced both heads as one was cracked and the other warped. i had lots of white smoke.

now this week it is starting to smoke again. when it starts up at first it takes about a minute then it starts to smoke and it slowly dies off in idle. but if i hit the gas it will blow a decent amount out.

when driving it dosent really smoke unless im stopped at a light for a minute then when i go i blows out a little more.

today i let it run in idle for a while and a small amount will constantly come out after a while and a large cloud if i gas it then it stops for a bit.

its white smoke for the most part and kinda a light blueish color at the lights.

i also get a little bit of water dripping out too. i placed a paper towel over the tail pipe when visable smoke comes out and its clean and almost no scent at all.

i checked for the old clues when i cracked the head (dirty coolant and loss of coolant and murky oil) well there has been no coolant loss and the oil is clean.

my check engine light goes off and on from day to day. and it runs really good with an ocassional rough momment in idle.

also i havent been driving it much at all since the original repair maybe 50 miles a week. any ideas would be appreciated. from alot of what ive read is it could be a bad PCV valve but im pretty sure that dosent explain all the moisture.

...oh also i can drive it on highway for a long time but as soon as it sits it will blow a small bluish cloud.

maybe two problems? a bad PCV valve and ALOT of condensation from not driving it much

edit: truck specs may help. 99 ford xlt V6 4.0 OHV new heads and gaskets so i know its not those
