A/C Clutch Pulley removal

I'm replaceing my A/C clutch on Tuesday and I was having trouble getting the damn pulley off. I took the clutch off easliy but how do you get the pulley off? Can it be done with hand tools?

When you say you have the clutch off, you mean the outer hub? Once the hub is off, remove the snap ring and the pulley should come off no problem.
