I'm in the process of putting in a new timing chain and removing the heads for a valve job on my 91 Explorer, but I'm at a standstill right now. I can't get my crankshaft pulley off. I've tried two different pullers, and with the second one I stripped out the two small holes for the bolts to screw into. I see 2 other larger holes there, but I can't find any bolts that'll screw into them. I wasn't using the exact puller that the manual calls for though, I don't know where to find that. Also, I have 3 header bolts that are stripped and won't come off. If I cut the bolt heads off should I be able to slide them out as I take the head off? Thanks much!
