A/C Coming Out on Bottom - Freezing Feet

Hi All - 2002 Explorer XLT - When A/C is on no matter what the setting most of the air comes out center and side dash vents. There is always some air coming out at bottom causing toes to freeze. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Wear shoes and socks....lol j/k:

I believe that is an issue that the explorer has since mine did the same. That or a vent door was stuck open.
