A/C compressor replacement

Hello everyone, I'm going to replace my A/C Compressor on my 02 Explorer. I'm looking for a good but not overpriced replacement. A friend to me about Rockauto so I checked them out. They have 4 or 5 options ranging from about $230 to $430 bucks. I was just wondering if anyone had an opinion on replacement compressors? Also I have the old one out and was wondering if there was anything I needed to do to prepare the new compressor or any additional thing I need to change while Im there. I need the new one to last. you need to replace both filters..expansion tube and accumulator...flush system esp the condensor and evap with chemicle flush you can purches from a local parts store,,then once all is done add the recommed amount of pag oil about 8oz and then charge it up...change the fan clutch unless you knowing its working good..a bad one will cause excessive head pressure to the compressor and destroy it quickly....ho and check belt if its oily or chacked replace it too........
