the ac on my 99 explorer is not blowing cold. the heat works. i tried to recharge it but it wont take any. ive changed the blower motor it worked good for awhile but it stopped. blows air good just not cold. im pretty sure the blend door is working too i feel the pin spinning under my finger tip. so im, not sure what to do next or check. i can fitx most things i have trouble diagonising things. any help be appreciated thank you in advance.

1) Make sure the coolant by pass valve going to the heater core is closing all the way when the temperature selection knob is full cold.
2) It is crucial to know the low side and the high side refrigerant operating pressures, DIY gauges are not that expensive at auto parts stores.
