Hi,

Having some issues with the a/c ,, it gets cold but it only blows through the defrost vent, I'm guessing there is a damper somewhere to devert the air from defrost to blower vents. any help would help.

thanks swamp

I could be very wrong, but the 1st thing that I thought of was the blend door?

Hopefully someone will clarify

Hi i'm not sure if you already figured out the problema with the A/C, but I had the same problema and it turned out to be the Vaccum Pod, behind the controls console, the vaccum got to the pod as the hoses were just fine, but the pod couldn't change the position of the arm the pushes de damper so the air changes the flow direction, I did a manual repair for this meanwhile I get my hands on the new part to change it, what I did was hold the damper pin with a make shift lever, for now it's working niceley, there are 3 vaccum pods just so you know, a big one behind the glove box and two behind the console, is was the upper one of these two.

Hope it helps.

Yes I discovered those last night while digging around. Ran out of time to diagnose any further though. But thank you for the suggestion. Always appreciated. And that is a great tip.
