A/C Runs Cold Then Warm 2003 Explorer

Yesterday my a/c in my 2003 Explorer was running great all of a sudden it would blow warm for about 2min then it would get cold again then this morning it was fine then all it blows is warm no cold at all any thoughts on what could have happened?

P.S. A couple of days ago there was a kind of clicking noise coming from the engine when the air was on

Does it sound like the compressor is kicking on/off? Pop the hood, run the ac and see if the AC compressor is constantly cycling. Could be a issue of a low system requiring a charge.
