A/C Speed either High or off

99 EB with climate control. Recently the A/C fan speed will only go full blast or nothing at all. Air is blowing cold. Any ideas? Fuse? Relay? Unplugged battery to reset, but didn't help.

It sounds like your blower motor resistor is bad. Unfortunately, I am unsure of where to look, but I am pretty sure it is near the blower motor.
