Ok.. i have a 1997 XLT (Dark Green) with 55,000 miles. (mostly Highway). Never been wrecked, no scratches.. almost perfect condition inside and out. No problems to date. 4x4... all working condition. 4.0 SOHC ..Gets washed almost every week and vaccumed inside. etc.. anyway what do you think I could sell it for?
What are the differences between my 1997, and a newer 1998 model? (just the major differences) I know the front and back are a little different.. And what model do you guys like better.. style wise and performance wise.
Ive asked this question many times on here and no1 has been able to give me an answer. (i know its time for a tune-up at about 60k) but heres the only thing that bothers me about the car. When my car sits basically in an IDLE position and i'm not applying any gas (generally using the brake) I hear a high pitched noise coming from the car. This noise goes away when i put it in neutral or park.. it sounds great and runs smoothly but when i put it in drive or reverse (and i'm not driving cause ONCE i hit the gas and start moving the noise goes away) it's just some sort of high pitched noise i have no idea where it is coming from, sounds like air is seeping out somewhere possibly.. but it only happens during drive or reverse and im just sitting there.. anyone have any clue why it does that? oh yea.. it's not the brakes either..
lastly.. how much is a tune-up.. where's the best place to get one, and what does it consist of?
