A few minor problems....questions

The speedometer needle is jittery. It doesn't move smoothly, rather slightly vibrates back and forth while accelerating. What causes this? What would be involved in replacing/fixing it?


A light behind the dashboard seems to have gone out. How hard is it to get behind the meters/dash? What all has to be removed?

I have discovered how to remove the cluster. I am thinking to fix the slightly vibrating needle, I would have to replaced the speedometer unit?

Also, can anyone verify if there are lights behind the clusters that light each of the guages or do each of the guages have lights built into them? It appears one side of my guages on the far left is darker than everywhere else.
