It is a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. There are a few mods done to it. Nothing crazy as it is out DD and I am not about putting a ton of money into a DD.

Here are a few pictures of meets that I have done with Michigan Grand Prix Club (MIGPC)...
Mine is the car on the left. Every year (June and August) Michigan International Speedway invite us to come and do a pace lap before they let the cars go and race. We have been doing this for a few years now.
I have a ton more pictures, I might get a few more up later.
