i know that everyone tells you to have THE BIG3 when doing a stereo system. what exactly is the big 3? next how would you come up with a box design for 4 15's in a wall facing forward then on the back of the box have a tv mounted to it? then lastly if you need to power that many subs should you add another alt, and another battery? what are some good subs that will hit had?

Big 3 is larger power wire than stock (usually 1/0 or 0 gauge) that is ran from alt pos to bat pos, engine to frame ground, and battery to frame ground. A wall with 4 15"s would take quite a bit of work. Depending on the power of the subs, a h/o alt would be needed and probably several extra batteries.

what i want to do is a wall with four lvl4 dc 15's idk the exact specs on that but thats waht im lookin to do. then i wanted to have a 42" tv mounted to the back. then for an amp rack have the ams be mounted off to the sides of the box by my back windows.

Very familiar with those subs. Rated a 1500w a piece, if you're running 6kw, that's quite a few upgrades. I honestly do not see the need for a TV. It'd probably rattle off the box.

yeah good point. what types of upgrades would i have to do

What I would do: at least 2 high output alternators, a multiple batteries (depending on which brand you go with), at least 3 runs of 1/0 for power and ground.

what type of alts do you recomend

Mechman high output alts and either Batcap or XS power batteries.

i was going to go with XS. then how would i go about putting in the alts

You could get away with one if you have a huge battery reserve, and don't bump for extended periods. For dual alts, you have to contact Mechman or even DC power alternators and see if they have a dual alt kit for your vehicle.
