Alright....I picked up an 01 sport 2wd for $1500. It is in desperate need of tires and I am possibly going to get wheels to. I like the looks of the 15x8 cragar soft 8s but I'm not sure what backspacing to get. I'm a mustang guy and when we buy wheels we choose our width and height and thats it. I have no clue what backspacing/offset to get. The only thing i find with search is the write up on what offset/backspacing is....nothing wheel specific though.

Also, I was reading up on the shackle/ torsion crank lift. Can someone direct me to a "how to" on this for a sport?

Thanks All

I just installed Cragar V-5's that are 15x8 with a 3.75 offset. There is about 1/4" clearance between the wheel and the caliper once mounted on the truck. I had them balance with no weights on the outside and they put the stick-on weights on the inner most lip of the wheel instead. If they would not have put them there the caliper would have hit the weights.

Any pics?

Not yet....I will try to shoot a few in the next few days weather permitting.
