Hi, I have a 98 Explorer Sport that has a whine inside the vehicle and a vibration in the floorboad above 20mph. You can't hear the whine outside of the vehicle. I drive by someone standing by the street and they hear a normal vehicle passing by them. I'm inside listening to a deafing sound and my feet vibration from the floorboard. Replaced the front hub bearings in Jan of 08 as they were bad. This sound and vibration has just started. Have new tires and even rotated them to no avail. Any thoughts? Thanks.
