So my tranny won't shift from 2nd to 3rd unless you let off the throttle, and it doesnt use 1st once it gets warmed up. when this happened awhile ago, we put a new vaccuum modulator, but it didn't fix it. so i decided its time for a rebuild. im getting a kit from here:
