aal or helper springs?

what is the difference between aal and helper springs? i want a stiffer ride and handling, tow a trailer with less sag, and not lift the truck more than a inch. i have a sport so i could get 4 dr springs but i need help deciding which of these three options would be best for my needs.

I would get the 4 door springs and go from there. You may still want an add a leaf after the swap but start with those.

so the 4 dr springs will make it stiffer but wont lift it correct?

Yes that's correct no lift from the 4 door springs other than maybe removing some of the sag you have now
