Alright, I have a shimmy that can be felt thru the entire front end while making slow turns. I have replaced the following, ball joints (all 4), inner & outer tie rod ends, and both cv shafts. I removed the front driveshaft to see if it was the culprit and the shimmy is still there. I have plenty of power steering fluid (w/no visible leaks). My front diffy fluid is full & clean and so is the t-case fluid. What could this noise possibly be? ANY help would be great.

Thanks- Brian

have you looked into the possibility of out of round tires?

Shimmy-Had one-Simple fix

Awhile back I had a shimmy that I could feel in the steering wheel. Over time it was getting worse. I thought for sure it was coming from the front because I could feel it in the steering wheel. Throw common sense out. Took it to the local repair shop and it turned out to be the rear u-joint. $97 fix and it's smooth as silk. Hope this helps. John

Air in steering lines

I had a shimmy feeling when turning after getting my linkage replaced. I just sat in the parking lot and turned my steering wheel back and forth until all the air was out of the lines. No shimmy in front end.
