Obviously the compressor manages Air Conditioning
for continue behind the radiator bloc fluid there is a RED taken "anti-lock test "the translator does not give me a good explanation, you could tell me what use this jack

That's the ABS test connector. This is where you connect an ABS scan tool to retrieve codes. ABS stands for anti lock braking system. Your thread was renamed, and moved into the International Explorers section.
