So I have been browsing the various threads on ABS lights here and I already have on my airbag light issue. Background:
My airbag light came on, code 33, last year and I brought it to get fixed but they did not have the part, when I picked it up for the week while he was waiting for the part, the light was off so I told him no worries, I'd come back when it came back on. It was fine until about Thanksgiving when it came back on so I had the entire pretensioner replaced. Light was off, life was good.
Last week my cruise control stopped working while I was using it, worked the next day, thought nothing of it. Last in the week, the airbag light came on again with code 33. It went off two days later however my ABS light came on. The next day, the airbag light came back on with code 33 and now both are on all the time.
I have been trying to find if it could be all related some how electrically or if all these things are really failing at the same time. Any thoughts?
