ive been getting a clicking sound from the engine for a while. at first i thought it was normal and sounded cool but now that i installed a BL and killed my extended warranty its starting to make the sound way too often and way too loud. i looked under the hood and found out that its the AC unit making the sound and it clicks very loud when the wheel on the belt stops and starts. does anyone have some any advice?

Mine does it too, especially if the ac is on low, it clicks on and off alot, especially you hear at drivethroughs. Its normal from everything I've heard and from what others have been told

The "clicking" sound is the clutch on the A/C compressor engaging. This occurs when the A/C system cycles either due to a low freon charge or high humidity. If the clutch "clicks" more than once every two minutes, your A/C system is low on freon. Take your X to a shop and have the system tested for leaks, if none are found have them recharge the system and the "clicking" will go away.

I'm in FL, its the high humidity that gets me
