AC clutch does no engage

I replaced the comressor, accumulater, and orfice on 2000 Explorer. Clutch will not engage. Jumped cycle switch, no clutch. Jumped hot to clutch, works. Jumped connection for AC relay in power box, works. Replaced relay, doesn't work. What makes the relaly close?

You may want to make sure that there isn't a leak in the system somewhere creating a low coolant situation. The clutch woudln't come on either if that's the case. Hope this helps you out.

Thanks, system was fully charged. I think I have finally tracked the problem to the powertrain computer module. Finally found a wiring diagram and that is the next step back from the relaly.

2008 explorer XLT with rear air. AC works every-time when car is cold and some as it reach full running temperature and you turn the engine off and restart the Compressor clutch will not engage..
