hi all, ive done some searching on the forums to see what kind of probs come from this part but most of the problems say it "roars" or sounds like a plane taking off (the fan im assuming), etc....
now i know the ex's fan is generally "loud", i mean im used to it, but geez....anyways lately ive noticed that when i dont have heat or ac on the truck is fine, even idle is rock solid, but when i turn on the heater it starts getting loud then (no the fan - like the clutch is kicking in/ off every 30 sec), my mechanic buddy says its the clutch fan, but im not so sure? its louder inside the truck than outside i would say, and it def makes the rpms jump, i could probably let go of the brake and drive down the road with the heater on (yes i know its auto and it should move a bit, but i mean i could prob go down the road @ ~5kmh)....
