AC Condenser repairable?

So I found the problem with my AC system. A small rock jumped into the condenser and SMACK, right into one of the horizontal tubes. It is barely detectable. I had to put refrigerant in to track it down. The tube is however severed for the most part in a tiny area.

Can this be repaired, or do I need to replace the entire unit?

Chances are you won't find anyone willing to repair it because it's aluminum.

I had the exact same thing happen many years ago; a local welding guy was able to "silver solder" it (whatever that means) and it worked for years. Might be worth some calling around.
