04 explorer xlt, I have noticed the ac cycling about every 10 seconds or so. It blows ice cold as should, just the clicking on and off can be distracting at times. I have noticed too that my serpentine will chirp when driving from it cycling. Is this normal? Do I need to check line pressure? Any help greatly appreciated!

Depends, if it's not very hot out it's going to cycle especially with the blower on lower speeds.

Try #4 blower on a warm day and see if it still cycles that much.

If yes, it may be a little low on refrigerant. Don't use any of that sales pitch junk with additives to top it off. Just plain pure R134a preferably DuPont.

OReilly's sells DuPont, it's behind the counter, have to ask for it but it is a rip off compared to buying some in bulk online.

Walmart should have some kind of cheap stuff on the end cap with spring coming.
