tighten da belt

Most parts place should have one. There is one bolt that holds it. I think I pulled the fan shroud off to get more room to get to it. You will need a 3/8 rachet to fit in the hole so you can take the tension off the belt. Take the belt off, just off of the tensioner pully then you can take the bolt out. I took the tension off from under side easiest way to get to it with rachet.

thanks for the info I will call a couple of the auto part stores near me tomarrow

On a trip from Tucson, Arizona to Ft. Collins Co. We lost the Tensioner bearing which then made us lose the pulley which then took out the belt (or close to that order).. Luckily I was only 1 mile from the hotel. I cut the belt off, drove to the hotel that night.. The next day I called a Ford Dealer and bought the entire Assembly (only 2 bolts holding it on).. Turns out the Belt from Ford cost me more than the Tensioner did.. I think I paid $100 for everything.. With the belt cut off ther eare only 2 bolts holding the tensioner on.. It took me 10 minutes to change it.. and part of the time was putting on my work on car suit and gloves (don't leave home without them).. Its actually easy to do..

BTW.. depending on where you are.. If you have an AutoZone near, they do carry the tensioner now.. and it isn't expensive..
