I have a 2002 Sport Trac, and would like to know the simplest way to gain 1.5 to 2" of lift in the rear.

I am willing to use either extended shackles, or an add-a-leaf system. Can anyone tell me where I can get either of these products to fit my Sport Trac. Or can you tell who makes an add-a-leaf or extended shackles for other Ford products (like F150 or Ranger) that would fit my Sport Trac.

Any help will be most appreciated. I am a new member to this site, and hope to be able to contribute as I learn more about my Sport Trac.

Thanks,

Doing a search you would have found out tons about this subject. But while I am here I can tell you. :) First Shackles will be your easiest way to gain about 1.5" The kind you want are warrior shackles and the part number is war-153. A single aal will accomplish this as well but will be harder to install, but it is not too bad. I don't konw the part number for this though. If your only looking for 1.5" then go with the add a leaf because then you will not have the extended shackles sticking down too far which IMO looks stoopid. You can combine the warrior shackles and all for about a total of 2"-3" if that is what you would want. I do have a double add a leaf for sale and that could be another option for you. This would give you then about 2" and you wouldn't have the shackles sticking down. Just a thought.
