Adding full length console?

I own a 99 4 door with the half center console. I was wondering what steps would be necessary to add in a full length console. The console features the rear air conditioning and stereo control. Could these be wired up? I know the stereo wont work on my pioneer, but thats okay.

It's been done. It'll take a little doing to wire up the heater controls but people have done it. Try searching for full length console install or something like that.
