I don't actually own a Ford yet, but I am hoping to in the near future. Of course I have a somewhat biased audience, but is Ford Explorer definitely the way to go for a used car? I just want a 4 wheel drive that I don't have to worry about on the highway and in the country during the winter.
I am currently looking at a 2001 Ford Explorer Limited V8, less than 150 000 kms, for around 5000. It seems to have lots of features, accident-free, no emissions test though, but I don't mind paying for that before I buy it. Is that a good deal? What questions should I be asking?
Any advice would be great.
