no one makes a "kit" to bag exploreres, from what i know you will have to make all custom brackets and all that good stuff, either alot of work for you, or either your pay a shop alot of $$$$

Later :burnout:

Hmmm, well whats the most I could lower it then, and about how much?

You can lower it safely 2" with keeping a good ride for about $100-120 if you do it yourself. 3" is possible, but your camber and CV joints will be stressed more than ever, and the ride is horrible unless you change out some of that suspension too.

People have bagged them before, and if that's what you really want, go for it.

BTW, this belongs in the Sport Truck forum. ;)

if ur gunna bag it and do it right u really should look into cutting the frame above the rear axel and building that so the frame will fit inside like a u shape in the axel so u can slam the truck to the ground...otherwise just do a lowering with springs and suck

Ill agree, i wasnt telling you cant, or not to do it, jsut that your gunna have to custom Fab soem brackets, and it wont be as easy as Bagging an S-10, sine Companys make kits for them......

But surely, if bags is what you want it, Bag it!!!

Off topic...I know, but why is it easy to bag an S-10 even if 9 companys make kits for them? Just the brackets or what? (Maybe i'm having a dumb moment here or something? :p ) Please enlighten me here.

Yea, its still not easy to bag them, but with s-10s you have a company that has already made the brackets and stuff for them......

S10s are very easy to bag in comparison. Hell, they make bolt on kits for those trucks, and you can bag it without laying one bead with a welder. If you have a grinder and a wrench, you're in business.
