hey was looking at an air intake by ifab has anyone used this . just wondering if i would be able to close my hood with it. kind of like to keep the hood closed while driving.... thanks
I had an iFab when I still had my V6....I didn't know they were still in business....it was an okay intake. Expensive for what it was. but I never had any problems with it.

That is really clean and since I upgraded to an electric fan, I have room for such a mod! Thank for the photo!
I made mine out of black ABS plastic and routed the KKM filter from the driver side instead of from the passenger side. Not as clean as your install, but it was cheaper and better than buying anything I found for my rig.
