air shocks

I have a 99' limited w/ V8. The rear sags. It has self leveling rear shocks when weight is added and works. Can I rig these up to work like aftermarket air shocks to raise the rear end. AKA, cut into the line and add a air fitting at the rear and inflate until level. Or, can I just adjust something so it thinks it needs to be higher to be level?

There is a height sensor mounted between the rearend housing, and the body. Usually you can adjust them. I intend to adjust mine down an inch, when I find that ARC controller that you have in your dash. Regards,
