Help I had a MOT done yesterday. I switched the air suspension off and sat in the car whilst the MOT was done. They jacked the back end off the ground leaving the wheels free from contact. (They found the the whole wheel assembly moves in and out about 1/8 inch both sides. I assume it's new bearings time!)
when I drove away from the MOT I noticed the ride was very rough. The suspension is really high and I can see the rubber belows in the shockers at the rear. The suspension is switched on but the ride looks too high.
Any one any ideas how to get it down

cheers Chris

1/8" of in and out movement in the axle shafts is completely normal. Vertical movement, however, would be a bad thing.

Can't help with the air shocks though... Sounds like a stuck relay or a bad position sensor, but I'm not too familiar with the automatic ride controls on the Explorers. :)
