Alarm wire colors

I setup a remote starter/keyless entry in my 96XLT, the keyless entry works ok except that it doesn't arm/disarm the factory alarm, only lock/unlocks the doors. It acts like the door button only, if the door is open it will arm the alarm, if not it doesn't. Disarming never works. I know it's because the wiring connections I've made. Anybody knows the which wires to use to activate/deactiva the factory alarm? My remote box has the necesary outputs to do that, I just don't know the wires in the kick panel to make it work.

I've heard something like sensing the interior light to be on to activate the alarm.
