I installed a remote starter/keyless entry in my X, doors locks and unlocks ok. However I want to arm/disarm my factory antitheft with the starter remote. Disarming should work connecting the OEM Disarm wire in the kick panel (haven't done that yet), Is there an "OEM Arm wire"?
The starter is a ProStart 3100, it has two wires with negative (-) pulse for arm/disarm other alarms.
Any suggestions on how to arm/disarm the stock antitheft is appreciated.
I've heard that connecting the black/blue wire in the kick panel (courtesy lights) and setting a pulse at the moment of locking the doors will activate the alarm, is that true? I think the computer senses for the interior lights to be on to activate the alarm when you hit the lock button on the door
