all doors lock but not unlock and window problem

when i get in my car and put it into drive all the doors lock, however when I put it in park and get out they don't all unlock, is that normal?

also I cant get my passenger side window to roll down with the switch on that door, it rolls down fine from the driver side switch, but no dice on the door the window is on, any known issues? thanks

That is normal. Only the lock funtion is automatic, and you can turn it off if you want.

Does it roll UP from the pass door switch? Could be the switch, or one of the switch wires might be broken. Neither is uncommon.

figured out the window problem, the window lock button was disconnected or something and it stopped the other windows from opening, i unplugged it, blew it out with some compresser air and it all worked as it should.

The lock/unlock operation you described (lock when going into gear, no unlock) is normal. Check your owners manual if you want to turn off the feature.
